If time is extremely limited and no service crew is available immediately, you may bring the faulty device to our location and receive a fully functional replacement on the spot.

How we replace a device
- Diagnosis & condition assessment – Through written or phone communication, you inform us of the issue you are facing. We attempt to solve it or identify the device that is malfunctioning.
- Finding a matching device – We locate identical or compatible devices that match your system’s specifications.
- Replacement coordination – We schedule the earliest possible appointment with our service team to perform the replacement at your location. If this is not feasible, we can arrange drop-off and pickup of the device at our facility.
- Inspection & cost estimation – We deliver your device to our workshop, where the fault is inspected and the repair cost is calculated.
- Repair – After our agreement, we proceed with the repair. If it is determined that the device is not financially worth repairing, you are charged only for the diagnostic and replacement services.
- Delivery: We return your repaired device and collect our replacement unit. If the repair is deemed non-viable, we can guide you toward purchasing a new or used audio or lighting device.
